Germinating weed seeds is done in one of several ways, but the most common way is to germinate the seeds between sheets of paper towels. The paper towels are moistened and the weed seeds are placed in between several that are folded. After which they are put in a dark place like a cupboard.
This is where the weed seed will crack open and the tail of the root will appear within a few days.
There are some important things to remember, first the seeds should be checked to make sure there are no cracks or that they have not turned grey in color.
